Help for you and your Livestock
If your water supply is ever interrupted, we know it affects everyone. We want to make sure we support all our customers, including those with livestock.
We’ve set up a new scheme to help our customers with livestock if their water supply is interrupted. This scheme is for customers who keep livestock on a non-commercial basis (not as a business). We already have a separate scheme for commercial livestock operators.

How the scheme works
We understand it can be hard to keep livestock hydrated during a supply interruption. So, we’ve created a scheme to help with the two biggest problems:
• storing enough water
• keeping that water topped up
Water storage
We’ll agree to lend you water storage. This could be one or more tanks, depending on your needs. You’ll be responsible for the storage, and we’ll explain what that means in the agreement. We have a range of storage solutions, and we’ll work with you to find the right one for you.
You’ll fill the tank(s) from your usual water supply and keep the water stored until you need it.
Keeping your water topped up
If your water supply is interrupted, you’ll use the water you’ve stored first. We’ll visit affected locations regularly with a water tanker and refill your supplies. We’ll keep doing this until your water supply is back on.
How to find out more
Please fill out the form below and we’ll get in touch with you directly. We’re expecting a lot of interest in this scheme, so we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can.
This scheme is only for South East Water customers. If we don’t supply your drinking water, please contact your drinking water supplier.
