If you are deaf or hard of hearing, you can contact our Customer Service team with the support of a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter via video call, either online or face to face during a home visit.

This means you can contact us to discuss your account and billing enquiries, to let us know you're moving home or to update your details, to report a leak or service issue, and anything else you might need to talk to us about.

You can connect through the SignVideo app, the SignVideo web directory, or via our website below.
