We know that life has its ups and downs.

That's why we have partnered with The National Support Network and Policy in Practice, to ensure you can find the support you need, exactly when you need it most.

National Support Network

Find the right support you need, together

We have partnered with the national support network to bring you the Support Hub, a free, anonymous online portal designed to connect you with the help you need, all in one place.

By combining our local reach with a national network of expertise, we’ve made it easier for you to find safe, reliable assistance for any challenge you may be facing.

Everything you need in one place
  • Helplines and crisis support for immediate assistance.
  • Self-help apps for digital tools and guidance.
  • Local and national services to find help in your community and beyond.
  • Peer support groups to connect with others who share your experience.
How it works

Finding support shouldn’t be a struggle. Our platform is designed to be barrier-free:

  1. Search or explore: Start with a topic or keyword related to what you’re facing.
  2. Filter results: Narrow your search to find the services that best fit your needs.
  3. Connect: Use the direct links provided to reach out to services instantly.
Why use support hub?
  • No barriers: No accounts, no logins, and 100 per cent anonymous.
  • Always current: Our database is continually updated to make sure you have accurate information.
  • Simple and safe: An easy-to-use platform making your search for support as straightforward as possible.
Finding the right fit can take time. If the first resource isn't a perfect match, don't give up. We are constantly adding new options to ensure you find the help you deserve.

Policy In Practice

Discover what financial support you could receive.

We have also partnered with Policy in Practice(opens in a new tab) to bring you a bespoke, easy-to-use benefits calculator directly on our website. This tool is designed to help you stay on top of your bills by identifying financial assistance you may be eligible for.

Because the calculator checks your eligibility for our own support tariffs alongside wider local and national benefits, it can have a significant, positive impact on your household's living standards.

  • All in one place: No need to contact multiple companies. Assess your eligibility for our social tariff, water support, and external grants at the exact same time.
  • Comprehensive checks: Discover locally administered benefits, national support, and other financial help you might be missing out on.
How it works

Policy In Practice will ask you questions about your, your household and income. They'll use that information to let you know if you're eligible for a discount on your water bill and/or payment plan. You'll also find out if you're eligible for any support from the government.
