Location: Old Road, Squab Lane and Nodes Lane, Hailsham
Work: Replacing approx. 730 metres of pipeline
Starts: Tuesday 6 January 2026
Duration: Approx. 12 weeks
Investment: £357,000
Project completed
We’ve replaced around 730 metres of burst prone water pipes in Old Road, Squab Lane and Nodes Lane, Hailsham.
The previous main suffered multiple bursts over a five year period. We know this, and the impact on your supply, is unacceptable.
Together with other projects in Hailsham(opens in a new tab), this will improve the network in the area, providing us with greater flexibility and resilience in the event of an unplanned interruption.
