Maycotts Lane, Matfield

We’ve replaced around 505 metres of ageing water main in Matfield. By laying a new pipeline, we can improve the water supply in the area.

We always want to make sure our customers get top quality drinking water and this new water main will allow us to improve the water quality for customers on The Green and Maycotts Lane.

We started this project on Monday 29 September 2025 and the work is now finished. A road closure was required for us to carry out this work and we would like to thank residents and motorists for their patience while we carried out this vital project.
