We have several offices across our supply area in Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire and Berkshire.
Snodland
Our head office is based in Snodland, Kent.
This is where most of our teams are based, including:

Farnborough
Our state-of-the-art laboratory is located in Farnborough, Hampshire. It is home to more than 70 scientists and laboratory staff and operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
We carry out more than 500,000 tests on our water every year. This is to make sure it meets strict international quality standards. We also carry out more than 250,000 tests for other commercial customers.
Tonbridge
Our operations teams responsible for ensuring our customers have a reliable water supply are based out of our site in Tonbridge.
A number of office staff who schedule our contractor Clancy’s work and oversee our Customer Metering Programme are also based out of the site.
Arlington
Our environmental experts work from our Arlington Reservoir office in Sussex. They look after:
• 33 Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSIs)
• One National Nature Reserve
• Two Local Nature Reserves
• Several Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONBs)
Aldershot
Our western region operations hub is in Aldershot, Hampshire.
This is the main office for our operations teams and our contractor Clancy Docwra, who maintain our water network and treatment works across Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey.
Out and about
We also have lots of jobs out and about, if you don’t want to work in an office.
From making sure our water treatment sites are running smoothly, or finding leaks in our underground pipes, no two days are the same.
