South East Water commissioned Scope Insight to do research among disabled people to find out about their experience of Priority Service Registers (PSRs) looking to gain insight into what disabled households want and need from a PSR.
This research will help South East Water to provide a relevant, accessible PSR offering and feed into its vulnerability strategy.
All participants were sourced from Scope’s Lived Experience Research Panel and included disabled people with a range of multiple access needs and experiences.
