South East Water held a series of collaborative workshops called PR24 Think Tanks, which supported the development of the PR24 business plan.
The aim of the workshops was to provide ongoing input and challenge from stakeholders into the evolving business plan, with members having an opportunity to shape and refine the plan, providing feedback from the perspective of the various sectors they represent.
Through this session South East Water aimed to understand how to set the ambition in our Long-Term Direction Strategy (LTDS), collect views on developing a regionally split LTDS, seek feedback on challenges and understand views on how future scenarios relating to water will impact organisations.
