South East Water held a series of collaborative workshops called PR24 Think Tanks, which supported the development of the PR24 business plan.
The aim of the workshops was to provide ongoing input and challenge from stakeholders into the evolving business plan, with members having an opportunity to shape and refine the plan, providing feedback from the perspective of the various sectors they represent.
The aim of this session was to gain early feedback from key stakeholders on the company’s emerging Business Plan for PR24, which runs from 2025 to 2030. The event comprised three workshops, covering the following topics: background and context; introduction to PR24 and the challenges that we are facing; and South East Water’s priorities.
