As part of PR24, South East Water commissioned Thinks Insight & Strategy to explore the needs and expectations of its non-household customers, to shape its business planning.

This research set out to understand key topics with non-household customers, including service expectations, water efficiency, resilience, metering/smart metering, and their desired relationship with South East Water as a wholesale supplier. The insights from this research will guide South East Water’s strategy and enhance its engagement with the non-household audience.
