Long Term Delivery Strategy research was commissioned to explore the customer response to the strategy within the context of the challenges facing South East Water.

This research focuses on understanding what matters most to our customers. We examine short, medium, and long-term priorities, how customers weigh trade-offs, and their preferences for phasing different options. We also consider the impact of short and long-term bill profiles, as well as customer attitudes toward societal and environmental benefits and intergenerational fairness. These insights shaped our approach to delivering a balanced and sustainable PR24 business plan.
