Have you ever wondered how we produce clean drinking water and pipe it to homes and businesses? You can find the answer and more at one of our free, public open days.

Going behind the scenes at one of our Water Treatment Works you can discover how we transform raw river and ground water into top quality drinking water. You’ll receive a guided tour with a member of our production team and a detailed explanation of just what it takes to deliver your water from its source to your tap.

As part of our open day, we showcase the work of our people from across the business. This means you have the opportunity to learn about the work of our dedicated laboratory which ensures that the water you drink is produced to the highest quality, how we find and fix leaks, as well as all the hard work we do to protect the environment.

We hold open days twice a year at each of the sites listed below, with two tours taking place between 10am and 2pm.

Register your interest via our form below or call us on 01732 375410.
