A water company is planning a four-week project to enhance its supply network around Bracknell, Berkshire.
South East Water will lay 60 metres of new water main in Warfield Road, Bracknell, at its junction with Holly Spring Lane.
As a safety precaution, temporary four-way traffic lights will be in use for the duration of the project, which begins on Monday, November 4.
Matthew Cooper, Project Manager, said: “The new pipe will help us better control the flow of water around our network.
“I’m really sorry for any disruption this work may cause but we must prioritise the safety of pedestrians, motorists and our workforce.
“I really believe residents will reap the rewards of this project in the future and I really appreciate their patience while we carry out this vital work.”
The project forms part of South East Water’s £424 million investment into improving its network between 2015 and 2020.
