Each year we report on our performance in our Performance, People and Planet Report.
But we want to keep you updated with our progress across the years, so these pages will give you an insight into how we are doing in our efforts to achieve the promises we made to our customers.
Our reporting is split into four areas - our customers; investment in our community; our behaviour; our planet.
